First, click the Open Button.

Second, locate the file you want translated.

The contents of the file you opened will be displayed in the Source Window.
Click the image above to see a bigger version.
Now, click the Translate Button. The translated text will be displayed in the Results Window. The acronym or emoticon translated will be highlighted and the translated text will be displayed immediately after. That's it!
