At the end of this product’s= cycle I acted as the release manager and successfully transitioned it to MSTV in = SVC.

· Managed the SWI Track and CPx process for the MediaFabric project. Researched, created and presented = threat models of all included systems. Determined privacy impact, vulnerabilities, and performed hacking analysis.

· Managed all aspects of the MSTV Incubation content acquisition system from capture to transcode. Te= sted the conversion of the system from static stream production to multi-bit rate production.

· Migrated over 5 million user accounts from the Faircom database to SQL server. The b= ulk of the testing was successfully completed by reverse engineering a nine-month-= old specification using complex T-SQL queries.

· Identified test design and implementation improvements, ran pilot projects to measure their impact, and drove adoption across various Microso= ft product development teams. Du= ring this time I grew a team from 15 to 40+ motivated high performing individuals within 9 months. They continu= e to grow exponentially.
